HRCS offers its clients a HIGHLY competitive FEE Structure and provides in all of our Services Agreements for CONTRACT HR, the ability to CONVERT an HR Consultant to a Clients’ Direct Hire. Or, you may simply Contract with HRCS for your DIRECT HIRE Placement requirements.

Our Fees are billed on a hourly basis, based upon the level and experience of the HR Professional selected. And, you’re only billed for the number of hours worked.
